1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Connectiva Telecom website and the purchase or use of services offered directly by Connectiva Telecom. Additional service-specific terms presented during signup form part of the agreement for that service.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must provide accurate information reasonably required to determine service availability, activate service, bill your account and prevent fraud. You may not use another person’s account or identity without authorization.
3. Service availability
Service is subject to geographic availability, network capacity, device compatibility, technical feasibility, lawful use and other service-specific conditions. We do not promise that every service is available at every address or on every device.
4. Plans, pricing and taxes
The price and material terms displayed for a plan at the time of purchase control unless a clearly disclosed promotional or introductory term applies. Applicable taxes, government-imposed charges, equipment, optional features or other permitted charges will be disclosed before payment or activation. We will not add a mandatory company fee after advertising a lower price as though it were the full required price.
5. Account and payments
You are responsible for authorized charges on your account. Recurring billing, if offered, requires separate authorization and may be canceled as described at signup. Failed or reversed payments may result in service suspension where allowed by law and the service agreement.
6. Activation and number transfer
Activation, eSIM/SIM setup and number transfers may require identity, device and account verification. Do not cancel existing service before a number transfer is complete unless instructed. Transfer timing can vary.
7. Acceptable use
You must use service lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Fraud, spam, harmful network activity, unauthorized resale and interference with network integrity are prohibited.
8. Service changes
We may update services, features or terms when reasonably necessary, subject to any notice and consent requirements that apply. Material changes to recurring consumer service will be communicated as required by law and contract.
9. Cancellation
Month-to-month services may be canceled according to the service-specific cancellation process. A cancellation request does not automatically reverse completed digital top-ups, already-delivered service periods, government charges or other non-refundable items described in the Refund Policy.
10. Warranty and service limitations
Actual wireless and internet performance can vary due to location, building materials, weather, device capability, congestion, network management, maintenance and other factors. See the Service Disclaimer for additional limitations.
11. Liability
Any limitation of liability must comply with applicable law and the final service agreement. Nothing in this draft is intended to waive non-waivable consumer rights.
