Acceptable Use Policy

Rules against fraud, spam, abuse, malicious activity and harmful network use.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy helps protect customers, networks and the public from unlawful, abusive or harmful use of telecom and internet services.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, identity theft, account takeover or unauthorized access.
  • Unlawful robocalling, spam messaging or communications that violate applicable consent requirements.
  • Distribution of malware, phishing, credential theft or other malicious activity.
  • Interference with network operations, security controls or another user’s service.
  • Unauthorized resale, bypass or manipulation of service restrictions.
  • Use that violates intellectual-property rights or applicable law.
  • Harassment, threats or illegal content distribution.

3. Network management

Reasonable network management may be used to protect security, address congestion, enforce plan thresholds and maintain service quality, subject to applicable disclosure and open-internet requirements. The production version of this policy should describe your actual practices.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including warnings, restrictions or service suspension where permitted by law and contract. Emergency or law-enforcement disclosures will be handled according to applicable legal process.

5. Report abuse

Report suspected abuse to abuse@connectivatelecom.com. Include enough information to identify the issue without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
