Payment Policy

How prices, taxes, authorization, recurring billing and payment information are handled.

Effective date: August 26, 2026

1. Clear price before authorization

Before requesting payment, we will show the plan or service price and the final amount due. If taxes, government-imposed charges, equipment, optional add-ons or other permitted charges are not included in the initially advertised price, they will be identified and included in the final amount before you authorize payment.

2. No hidden mandatory company fees

A mandatory company charge that every customer must pay should not be added only at the last step after a lower headline price was presented as the required price. Any unavoidable company charge should be incorporated into the displayed price where applicable.

3. Payment methods

We may accept approved cards, bank-based methods or other payment options shown at checkout. Available methods can vary by service and location.

4. Authorization

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the exact amount shown on the final payment screen.

5. Card information

When card payments are enabled, full payment-card data should be transmitted directly to a PCI-compliant payment provider. Customer-service representatives should not request customers to send complete card numbers or security codes by ordinary email, SMS or unencrypted web forms.

6. Recurring payments

Automatic or recurring payments will be used only when separately disclosed and authorized. The signup flow should state the amount or calculation method, billing frequency, cancellation method and when changes take effect.

7. Receipts

After a successful transaction, we will provide or make available a confirmation showing the amount, date, service/account reference and transaction status.

8. Disputes and unauthorized activity

Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized. We may request reasonable account verification before discussing protected billing or telecom account information.
